What company do you work for now?
I currently work at Triada, an engineering and manufacturing company in Kharkiv, where I hold the position of Systems Administrator.
What are your responsibilities?
Supporting the work of the office and branches, maintaining workstations, servers, and monitoring tender specifications.
What was your most interesting and challenging project?
A warehouse accounting program for a large pharmaceutical holding, implementation of 1C 8.3 and Sharepoint accounting systems, and an IP telephony system.
What role did ITSTEP Academy play in your life?
The Academy provided a good knowledge base on the Cisco program. I would especially like to mention the lecturer Alexey Mikhailovich Gorshkov. The knowledge he gave us was very useful to me. I could easily speak in technical language with third-party foreign organizations on the topic of project implementation.
What advice can you give to students who are currently studying at the Academy?
Learn the theory, it is very important. Don't try to jump into practice as soon as possible if you haven't mastered the processes and the framework to a sufficient level.
