What are your responsibilities?
Front-end development. Usually it's implementing something new or changing the current interface in existing projects. I also had projects from scratch. I also had server tasks, a module in a mobile application. Before Wix, in addition to the Web, I developed applications for Windows, modules (SQL).
What projects have you participated in?
I participated in various projects within the company: a website editor, a previous blogging platform (now another one) and a module in a mobile application for blog management, a project for working with databases and allowing users to link this data to elements on the site using a user interface without code.
Name the most challenging and interesting project you are proud of.
Modules for Forex trading. I did these projects myself from scratch under the guidance of a trader.
What role did IT Step Academy play in your life?
The Academy gave me the necessary basic knowledge in various fields. It was a good start to start executing real orders and self-study.
What can you advise students who are currently studying at the Academy?
To practice more in order to use the acquired knowledge. Do not be afraid to take real orders (freelancing, helping friends, projects for yourself). The sooner you start your professional activity, the better.
